Do you provide International delivery?

 

At this time, Lucy and Red does not provide international delivery.

 

 

How do I return an item?

 

Thanks for purchasing our products at Lucy and Red.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
Due to the nature of some of our beauty products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund. 
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

What is your returns policy?

 

Due to the nature of our products being handmade, our items are non-refundable. However, if your product should arrive damaged, please reach out for assistance. 

How do I track my order?

 

You will receive tracking information once your item(s) are shipped. 

 

 

What are your delivery options?

At this moment, Lucy and Red is using  USPS. For local orders, a drop off location can be arranged. For local orders, payment must be submitted and cleared prior to drop off arrangements.
